Account and service information

We process your email address, Firebase user identifier and, when supplied by your sign-in provider, profile information such as your name. A random device identifier is used for device management and abuse prevention. Subscription status, product identifiers and purchase receipts are processed for account access and purchase verification. Support messages are processed when you contact us.

VPN traffic and permission

Providing a VPN is the app’s core function. On Android, VpnService creates an encrypted tunnel between your device and the selected VPN endpoint after your consent and the Android permission prompt. Network traffic from apps using the tunnel, source and destination IP addresses and DNS requests are processed to establish and route the connection. Pseudonymous account and device identifiers are stored by the VPN provisioning service. Your list of apps excluded from the VPN stays on your device.

VPN servers keep technical connection and error logs for operations, troubleshooting and security. These can include timestamps, source and destination IP addresses or domain names and ports, pseudonymous connection identifiers and diagnostic events. Destination metadata can reveal websites or services contacted. This is not a no-logs service. Server technical connection and error logs are automatically removed within a maximum of seven days.

We do not manipulate other apps’ traffic to change their ads or earn advertising revenue, sell personal information, or inject ads into browsing traffic. Encryption to the VPN endpoint does not replace a destination site’s HTTPS protection.

Advertising and privacy choices

Free access requires a successfully completed Google AdMob rewarded ad. Google Mobile Ads may process IP addresses and approximate location derived from IP, device and advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostics for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. The app checks Google User Messaging Platform consent before requesting ads. Where required, you can revisit choices under Settings → Privacy & Terms → Ad privacy choices. VPN consent is separate from advertising consent.

Service providers

Firebase provides authentication; Cloudflare processes API requests; Resend delivers sign-in emails; Google Play handles in-app purchases; Google AdMob provides advertising; and our VPN hosting infrastructure routes the connection. Providers process information needed for their services under their own policies.

Retention and deletion

Account and provisioned-access information is kept while the account is active and removed when account deletion is completed. Sign-in challenges expire after 10 minutes. Support correspondence and records required for a specific legal obligation are handled separately from VPN connection logs. Independent service-provider records follow their applicable retention rules.

Initiate account deletion from Settings → User Account → Delete account and data. If you cannot access the app, see the account deletion instructions or email us from your account address. Cancel a Google Play subscription separately; deleting the app or account does not cancel it.
